As a Co-Founder of Grove Capital, he successfully launched and exited disruptive companies, including a B2B SaaS platform acquired by GE Retail Systems. Previously, as Director of Private Banking at BofA/Montgomery Securities, Tim specialized in managing complex investment strategies for ultra-high-net-worth clients ($50M+). His expertise spans transaction leadership, capital strategies, and corporate finance across the wireless, fintech/mediatech, B2B, and AI/ML sectors. A veteran of the CIA/Office of Development & Engineering, Tim is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
